Privacy Policy

This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law, in order to describe the processing of personal data of users who visit this site or contact the data controller by email or certified email.

Categories of data processed

The following data may be processed: (a) contact and identification data voluntarily provided by the user via email or PEC (name, surname, email address, telephone number where given); (b) any contents and documents sent by the user to request information or a first listening; (c) technical browsing data automatically collected by the server (e.g. IP address, system logs), strictly limited to what is necessary for the operation and security of the site.

Purposes of processing

Data are processed in order to: (a) reply to information requests and manage correspondence; (b) carry out pre-contractual or contractual measures at the request of the data subject; (c) fulfil legal, accounting and tax obligations; (d) ensure security, maintenance and optimisation of the site.

Legal basis

The legal bases are: the request of the data subject and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the operation and security of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where required, consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), in particular for analytics cookies.

Data retention

Data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and, in any case, in accordance with applicable legal and tax obligations.

Communication and dissemination

Data are not disseminated. They may be communicated to third parties only where necessary for the purposes indicated (e.g. technical service providers, qualified professionals at the explicit request of the data subject) and always in compliance with applicable law.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights referred to in Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@luce-chiara.it or to the PEC antonio.de.chiara@pec.it. The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority is also recognised.
